Who we are

Flowsnix is a Saudi cloud platform owned by مؤسسة صندوق وحب للتجارة (CR No. 1010796836, Unified No. 7028741465) for running vehicle-service businesses such as car washes. Subscribing businesses use the platform to manage their sales, invoices and customers. Each business is the controller of its customers' data; Flowsnix processes that data on the business's behalf, solely to operate the service.

Data we process

• Business users: name, mobile number, email and role — for accounts, sign-in and permissions.
• Business customers (entered by the business): name, mobile number, invoice records, loyalty and package balances, and vehicle details where recorded.
• Operational records: system, invoice and financial logs required to run and audit the service.

Purposes

• Operating the point of sale and issuing invoices.
• Running loyalty programs, packages and customer rewards.
• Delivering a customer's invoice over WhatsApp when the business requests it.
• Marketing messages are sent only with explicit consent, always carry an unsubscribe option, and opt-outs are honored immediately.
• We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Sharing

• Infrastructure: the service is hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase.
• Meta (WhatsApp): when a message is sent over WhatsApp, its content and the recipient number pass through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform for delivery.
• Authorities where a legal obligation exists.

Retention

Invoice and financial records are retained as required by Saudi regulations (including ZATCA requirements — six years by default). Other data is kept while the service is active or until deletion is requested where legally permissible.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. If you are a customer of one of the businesses on the platform, please direct your request to that business as the data controller, or contact us and we will forward it. Records that the law requires us to retain (such as invoices) cannot be deleted before their retention period ends.
